Solutions Services
From 3pm on 24 December 2025 to 2 January 2026, our Solutions team will be taking a short break for the holiday season. During this period, basic complaint services will remain available to assist with critical matters.
From 5 to 9 January 2026, a reduced Solutions service will operate to support injured persons with urgent complaints.
Full complaints services will resume from 12 January 2026.
ILARS and other services
ILARS and other IRO services will observe holiday season operating hours from 3pm on 24 December 2025 to 9 January 2026.
For ILARS, applications or requests for extension of funding received on or after 17 December 2025 will be processed from the week commencing 12 January 2026.
If your application or request for extension of funding is urgent, please mark the matter as “URGENT” in the subject field of your email so we can prioritise it upon our return.
