The Independent Review Office and State Insurance Regulatory Authority (SIRA) have entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU).
The MoU is an agreement about how to exchange information so that each agency can meet their legal expectations to promote the scheme objectives of the workers compensation and motor accidents schemes.
The agreement outlines how information will be shared to help with the secure and timely flow of data between the two agencies.
It is made in line with the relevant laws and privacy standards.
