I've been injured at work in NSW and have a problem with my insurer

If you have made a workers compensation claim in NSW and are unhappy about a decision or have a problem you are unable to resolve directly with the insurer, you can lodge a complaint with the IRO.

Before you contact IRO

If you have not made a workers compensation claim, see How claims are managed for what to do first.

If you have an active workers compensation claim, you should first try to resolve the issue directly with your insurer. If you're unable to resolve it, you can come to us for support.
